Description
Imdad is seeking a Biomedical Engineer responsible for providing technical support to clients through installation, adjustment, maintenance, and repair of biomedical equipment. The role involves performing maintenance according to manufacturer specifications and Imdad's Service Level Agreement (SLA), developing customer relationships, and accurately reporting via various forms like FSR, PPM Checklist, Salesforce, and supplier reports. Additionally, the engineer will consult with superiors regarding technical tasks, continuously develop technical skills, maintain safety standards, identify service contract opportunities, and promote Imdad's service contracts.
