The Biomedical Science Careers Program Coordinator manages end-to-end student support and travel fund programs, including eligibility verification, applications, review committees, communications, award disbursement, and reporting. The role also oversees program materials, conference and workshop planning, speaker and mentor coordination, program evaluations, Salesforce data maintenance, and post-event follow-up. It requires at least four years of experience, offers a 35-hour Monday-to-Friday schedule, and provides medical, dental, and vision insurance; visa sponsorship is not available.
