Description
Organon is hiring a Biotech Cleaning / Validation Engineer in Oss to support biotech production in a high-tech GMP environment. The role is responsible for process and product support, equipment upgrades, equipment qualifications, process and cleaning validations, introductions of new materials, improvement projects, and root cause analyses in close collaboration with production, quality, automation engineers, and other stakeholders. The position requires at least 5 years of relevant biotech or regulated-industry experience, a technical HBO/BSc background, strong knowledge of GMP, and fluent Dutch and English.
