The American School for the Deaf is hiring a full-time Birth to Three Coordinator for an 11-month position in West Hartford. Reporting to the Birth to Three Director, the role supports Deaf and hard-of-hearing children and families, ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, mentors providers, coordinates training in evidence-based practices, assists with paperwork and recruitment, and provides early-intervention services. Applicants need CT State Department of Education certification in an appropriate field, at least 3–5 years of experience as a Birth to Three provider including service coordination, and willingness to learn American Sign Language.
