Description
The Bistro Cook prepares and cooks food to order for bistro and banquet service, including market fare, while supporting kitchen setup and closing, food safety, dishwashing, inventory, food-cost controls, and administrative tasks. The role requires 3 to 6 months of related food-service preparation experience, a one-year college or technical school certificate or equivalent education and experience, and strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills. Compensation is $16.50 to $16.75 per hour, with benefits for full-time positions.
