DHL Express is hiring a BIT Program Manager to manage US NetOPS Clearance and Gateway application portfolios and deliver large IT programs using Waterfall or Agile methodologies. The role translates business requirements into processes, data flows, and system integrations; coordinates with customers, global, regional, and country stakeholders; manages product roadmaps, change management, technical design, testing, deployment, and vendor relationships; and prepares business justifications and status communications. Candidates need a BS/BA in a related discipline, five years of related MSMA experience, project management expertise, and knowledge of DHL Express Global applications; PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master certification is preferred.
