Description
Strategy is hiring a Director of Bitcoin Security to lead its Bitcoin security program and serve as the principal architect and external interface for Bitcoin security. The role owns Bitcoin protocol, network, cryptographic, custody, wallet, threat-intelligence, and executive-advisory work while collaborating with cybersecurity, finance, legal, executive leadership, exchanges, custodians, asset managers, service providers, and core developers. It is a fully onsite senior individual-contributor role in Tysons Corner, Virginia, requiring a relevant bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of cybersecurity or cryptography experience, and expertise in Bitcoin and blockchain security. The base salary is $155,900 to $280,500.
