Strategy is hiring a full-time, in-person Bitcoin Security Engineer in Tysons Corner, Virginia, to validate and harden the security of its bitcoin holdings, custody relationships, and supporting infrastructure. The role performs adversarial penetration testing, signing-ceremony and custodian red-teaming, hardware and cryptographic analysis, protocol and blockchain application security testing, threat modeling, research, reporting, and tooling development. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, at least six years of offensive-security experience focused on cryptographic, financial, or blockchain systems, and proficiency in languages such as Python, Rust, C/C++, or Go. The base salary is $103,900 to $186,900.
