The role owns the company’s operating rhythm, OKRs and KPIs, executive meeting agendas, and cross-functional alignment; designs scalable CRM, GTM, knowledge-management, and project-management systems; resolves friction between Product, Engineering, and GTM; leads strategic special projects; and communicates complex internal data to leadership and investors.
