Description
Summit Products is hiring a full-time Blackriver Assembly Lead to supervise and mentor assembly workers, oversee quality control, interpret blueprints and technical drawings, use hand tools and machinery safely, improve manufacturing processes, coordinate with engineering and supply chain, and maintain safety and training standards. The role requires at least three years of assembly experience, three years of hand-tool experience, and two years of blueprint-reading experience, with a schedule of Monday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and some Fridays as overtime.
