BlackRock is recruiting for a paid six-month career development programme beginning in February 2027 for UK service leavers and elite professional athletes. The programme provides professional skills development and exposure to asset management and financial services, with opportunities across the Aladdin Client Business and Client Services & Solutions divisions. Military applicants must have completed at least three years in the UK regular armed forces and left within the past 12 months; professional athletes must have represented a professional team or their country at senior international level. The role follows BlackRock’s hybrid model, requiring at least four office days per week and allowing one work-from-home day.
