The Blacksmith Assistant prepares materials and equipment for forging, measures components, performs visual and gauge inspections, corrects parts through rework or grinding/sharpening, and packs finished components for shipping. The role requires a basic technical understanding, initial metalworking experience, a forklift operator license, and willingness to work shifts; vocational training is desirable but not required. The position offers an hourly wage starting at €16.00, shift allowances, industry supplements, vacation, regular working hours, and a flexitime account.
