SealPros Asphalt Paving & Maintenance is hiring a full-time Blade Operator to support its Grading team. The role operates blades and other heavy equipment, prepares surfaces for paving or construction, interprets grade stakes and construction plans, assists with hauling, backfilling, compaction, and other site tasks, and maintains equipment and paperwork. Candidates must have experience with blades, loaders, rollers, dozers, and other heavy equipment, be able to read construction plans, hold a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation.
