Description
Ideal Electric is hiring a Blast Operator / Deburr Technician to prepare and finish metal components for specialty high-power electrical motors and generators. The role involves operating abrasive blast booths, deburring and finishing metal parts, reading shop drawings, inspecting parts for tolerances, handling heavy components, and maintaining blasting equipment. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of relevant industrial experience, and is performed on-site in a heavy manufacturing plant with a minimum 40-hour workweek, flexible hours, overtime, and occasional weekend or night work.
