Description
The Property Maintenance Manager oversees maintenance, repairs, vendor management, inventory, preventive maintenance, capital projects, vacant-unit turnover, and physical upkeep across C+C’s residential properties. The role coordinates staff and property managers, handles resident complaints, maintains records, and performs general building repairs while working both indoors and outdoors. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required, and 2–3 years of maintenance or construction-supervision experience is ideal.
