AES Drilling Fluids is hiring a Blender Operator in Kermit, Texas, to receive raw materials, blend and dispense liquid chemicals according to specifications, store and label products, maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness, and support mud-plant and warehouse operations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification or the ability to obtain it, a valid driver’s license, and strong attention to detail; chemical-blending experience is beneficial but not required.
