Randstad is hiring a Blending Operator – Warehouse Operator for a temp-to-perm role at a leading chemical-site in Schoten. The position combines warehouse and logistics work—loading and unloading trucks, inspecting and storing raw materials—with blending duties such as dosing additives, following mixing recipes, adjusting processes based on laboratory analyses, and taking quality samples. The role also includes first-line maintenance, waste-stream management, and compliance with safety and quality regulations. Candidates need a technical secondary education diploma or equivalent experience, forklift and reach-truck experience, Dutch proficiency, and a proactive, safety-conscious approach.
