Description
East West Tea is hiring a Blending Operator for its C-shift tea blending and production team, working Sunday through Friday from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. The role weighs and transfers raw herbs, botanicals, and organic flavors; follows recipes and batch tickets; records material consumption; selects materials; cleans and sanitizes equipment; completes documentation; and supports warehouse and quality processes. The position requires safe forklift operation, sanitation, computer and software use, attention to detail, GMP and food-safety awareness, and the ability to lift 60 pounds and work in a continuous production environment. Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
