Second Nature Brands is hiring a full-time Blending Operator for its Kar’s Nuts Products facility in Madison Heights, Michigan. The role supports production by creating and maintaining blends and recipes, inspecting materials, rotating and counting inventory, loading and unloading materials, operating a Hi-Lo truck, cleaning equipment, and following food safety, quality, and safety policies. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with weekday or weekend overtime as needed, and pays $16.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift premium. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced indoor food manufacturing environment; Hi-Lo truck operation is preferred.
