Kar’s Nuts is hiring a full-time Blending Operator for its Madison Heights, Michigan facility. The role supports food production by creating and maintaining blends and recipes, rotating inventory, recording inventory counts, loading and unloading materials, operating a Hi-Lo truck, cleaning blending equipment, and following food safety, quality, and OSHA requirements. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with weekday or weekend overtime as needed, and the starting rate is $16.00 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, be English proficient, and be able to work in a fast-paced indoor food manufacturing environment; Hi-Lo truck operation is preferred.
