Description
NCC is hiring a Block Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and deliver parts of a new steelworks construction project in the Luleå area. The role leads foremen, trade professionals, and subcontractors; manages production, resources, quality, safety, time, cost, risk, and progress; and maintains professional dialogue with the client and other project parties. The position requires at least 1–3 years of Site Manager experience in civil and groundworks or construction foundation work, along with technical, contract-law, and financial-follow-up knowledge. It requires 100% physical presence on the project, with travel and accommodation provided, and the last application date was 2026-09-30.
