KIK Consumer Products is hiring an experienced, safety-focused Blow Mold Operator for a second-shift manufacturing role running Sunday through Wednesday from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with Thursdays and weekends as needed. The operator will run, set up, optimize, and troubleshoot blow-molding equipment; perform cold starts, changeovers, quality checks, PLC adjustments, production and quality recordkeeping, and housekeeping while following safety and production procedures. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of blow- or injection-molding experience, mechanical aptitude, hand-tool skills, effective English communication, and flexibility for overtime and schedule changes.
