Description
The West Suburban YMCA is hiring a Head Swim Coach to lead, instruct, motivate, and supervise swimmers and junior coaches. The role includes preparing practices, supporting parents and volunteers, maintaining records, attending practices and meets, following safety and YMCA policies, and organizing equipment. Candidates must be at least 21, hold CPR, AED, basic first aid, emergency oxygen, USA Swim Coach, lifeguard or swim-coach safety certifications, and demonstrate knowledge of competitive swimming, water safety, and team-management software.
