Description
The Contractor will provide first-line and ongoing support for BMD OPSLOOP Voice Services at the NCI Agency in Mons, Belgium. Responsibilities include ensuring service availability and reliability, performing preventive readiness checks, troubleshooting and escalating incidents, supporting standard installations, providing end-user assistance, conducting maintenance and trend analysis, and delivering continual service improvements. The role requires a valid NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance, at least 3–5 years of relevant telephony and voice-system experience, and is 100% onsite in Mons.
