Bosch is hiring a Sales Manager to drive business acquisition for PVD and DLC wear-protection coating services. The role manages the full sales cycle, achieves order, revenue and margin targets, develops new markets and strategic customer relationships, and collaborates with coating-center colleagues on quotations. Candidates need more than five years of sales experience in PVD/CVD/DLC coating, along with customer-focused selling, large-account development, communication, negotiation, learning, and self-motivation skills; experience in mobility, mechanical engineering, precision components, 3C, or semiconductor applications is preferred.
