Description
BMSI is hiring a BMS Design Engineer for its Aviation team at Heathrow Airport. The role covers BMS design from concept through installation, including interpretation of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC specifications; production of points lists, equipment and valve schedules, and O&M documentation; specification of hardware, software, and field equipment; liaison with panel manufacturers; and support of factory acceptance tests and project delivery. Candidates need prior Building Management Systems experience, knowledge of Trend or Tridium systems, HVAC and building services knowledge, AutoCAD experience, and residence within approximately 40 miles of Heathrow.
