Description
The BMS Software Engineer will lead battery management system software from requirements analysis and architecture through development, debugging, testing, OTA updates, and after-sales support. The role requires expertise in SOC/SOH/SOP/SOE estimation, balancing, thermal management, fault diagnosis, MATLAB/Simulink, AutoSAR, code generation, and BMS hardware-software integration, along with functional safety, ASPICE, and IATF 16949 audit support. Candidates need at least five years of experience, preferably in BMS, and at least three years of software development experience, including ASW development and relevant BSW background. The position offers an internal referral bonus of RMB 3,000 for Bosch associates.
