The role involves planned preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, reactive service calls, BMS upgrades, customer technical support, service reporting, and relationship building. Candidates need proven BMS industry experience, prior BMS support, service, or commissioning experience, strong diagnostic skills, experience with Trend and Distech systems, good IT skills, and a full UK driving licence.
