H2 Health is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join their outpatient pediatric clinic in Longview, Texas. The BCaBA will support the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, focusing on improving communication, behavior regulation, adaptive skills, and social development for children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental diagnoses. This full-time role involves assisting in assessments, implementing behavior intervention plans, supervising RBTs, collecting and analyzing data, supporting parent training, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate documentation.
