Description
The BCaBA provides behavior analysis services to support the Behavior Analyst by implementing treatment plans, delivering skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols, recording data, training parents and caregivers, communicating client progress, assisting with assessments and materials, and maintaining a safe therapy environment. The role offers realistic caseloads, consistent schedules, flexible scheduling, quarterly bonuses, and medical, vision, and dental insurance starting on the first day of employment. Requirements include a master’s degree in behavior analytic content, an active BCBA credential, and eligibility to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians. The salary is up to $95,000 per year plus a quarterly bonus.
