Description
The Assistant Behavior Analyst conducts behavior identification assessments, develops and implements evidence-based behavior support plans, collects data, evaluates treatment effectiveness, and provides direct instruction and ongoing supervision to clients, families, and staff. The role works in school, center, home, and community settings under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with approximately 30–40 hours per week. It is a full-time W-2 position paying $29.40–$37.40 per hour and includes medical, vision, dental, paid time off, paid holidays, and a retirement match.
