Evolution Behavioral Health Service is hiring a full-time Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide in-person behavioral health services to children with autism and developmental disabilities in Loudoun and Alexandria Counties. The role includes assessments, individualized behavior intervention plans, one-on-one therapy and family support, supervision of BTs/RBTs, interdisciplinary collaboration, and HIPAA-compliant documentation. Candidates need BCaBA certification, a relevant degree, experience with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities, CPR certification, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.
