Description
The employer is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or State Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (SCaBA) to assist a BCBA/LBA with developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans. The role includes conducting in-person assessments, collecting behavioral and skill-acquisition data, providing direct behavioral therapy training to Registered Line Technicians, supervising support staff, monitoring client progress, documenting sessions, collaborating with families and other professionals, and maintaining BACB certification and ethical standards. Candidates must hold a current BCaBA/SCaBA certification, have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and have at least one year of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
