Blossom ABA is looking for a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their clinical team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans, conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, supervising RBTs, monitoring client progress, reviewing clinical data, providing parent and caregiver training, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The position offers a hybrid schedule combining in-person and telehealth options.
