Behavioral Health Works is seeking a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. The role involves leading the clinical aspect of ABA therapy for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), designing and refining treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), providing parent coaching, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
