Blossom ABA is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their clinical team in the Baltimore area. The ideal candidate will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, create behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs, monitor client progress, review clinical data, provide parent/caregiver training, collaborate with various stakeholders, maintain documentation, participate in team meetings, and ensure ethical service provision according to BACB standards.
