Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide ABA therapy services for children and teens with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities in homes, schools, and therapy centers across Georgia, Indiana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Utah, Virginia, and Maryland. Responsibilities include intake and functional behavioral assessments, treatment-plan design, supervision and training of ABA technicians, data graphing, and progress reporting. The role offers full-time or part-time schedules, up to 25% travel, a maximum yearly salary of $95,000, and health, dental, vision, and life insurance among other benefits.
