Description
Accurate ABA is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, or other special needs. This role involves conducting assessments, creating and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and overseeing the implementation of ABA programs. The BCBA will work closely with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent progress and skill generalization.
