Clearsteps ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children ages 2-12 in New Jersey and Missouri. The role involves conducting behavioral assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy in the child’s home, training RBTs and BTs, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team. The posting requires BCBA certification, experience in ABA therapy, strong ABA knowledge, and good communication and teamwork skills.
