Hope Autism Clinic is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Cordova, Tennessee to develop and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans for children with autism, analyze treatment data, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, support clinical team members pursuing BCBA or BCaBA credentials, and maintain BACB continuing education requirements. The role requires a master’s degree in behavior analysis and therapy or enrollment in a master’s program, BCBAs or BCaBA credentialing status, and eligibility for insurance credentialing; two or more years of experience with individuals with autism is preferred. Compensation is up to $85,000 annually, with a $5,000–$10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
