Jade ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee a growing caseload in Southern Maryland, primarily in Lexington Park and Great Mills. This role involves developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, collaborating with a team, supervising RBTs, analyzing data, and providing compassionate care. The ideal candidate will have current BCBA certification and an LBA license, along with a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
