Kids First is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for its Alaska team in a hybrid telehealth and in-home role. The position provides clinical oversight, functional behavior assessments, individualized treatment plans, RBT and BT supervision, parent training, direct services, documentation, insurance and medical necessity compliance, and collaboration with families and providers.
