Description
Heartlinks ABA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide in-home and community behavioral analysis services for children with autism and related disorders. The role involves creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains, training paraprofessionals, and working under supervision from the Executive Director and Clinical Director. The position is available full-time or part-time in Indiana, with in-home and hybrid options, and requires a master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field, current BCBA certification, strong interpersonal and writing skills, management skills, and proficiency with Central Reach.
