Paramount is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for its New Bridgeport Clinic right of Dixie Highway. The role is primarily center-based, with some in-home services, and involves client assessments, treatment planning, behavior protocols, data-driven programming, supervision, treatment fidelity, and training for technicians and parents. Required qualifications include a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, BACB board certification, a Michigan license in Behavior Analysis, strong communication and organizational skills, and English proficiency.
