Paramount is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for its New Standish Clinic. The role is primarily center-based with some in-home services and is available remotely or hybrid. Responsibilities include client assessments, treatment planning, behavior protocols, data-driven programming updates, supervision, treatment fidelity, and training for technicians and parents. Required qualifications include a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, BACB certification, a Michigan license in Behavior Analysis, strong communication and organizational skills, and English proficiency.
