Pillar Care Continuum is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Livingston, New Jersey. The role provides clinical oversight, functional behavior assessments, individualized behavior support plans, data-driven monitoring, staff training, interdisciplinary collaboration, and documentation for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Candidates must hold current BCBA certification and a relevant master’s degree; experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential or community-based settings is strongly preferred. The position pays $95,000 to $100,000 annually and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
