Rivermont Schools is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to design, implement, and oversee evidence-based behavioral programs for students with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. The role includes conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, providing clinical supervision and staff training, collaborating with families and educators, monitoring data and outcomes, delivering direct services, and providing crisis support. The position requires a master’s degree, BCBA certification or licensure eligibility, supervisory experience, ABA and Verbal Behavior expertise, and a valid Virginia driver’s license.
