Strive ABA Therapy is seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. The BCBA will oversee ABA therapists, assess children with behavioral and emotional challenges, and create individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, designing and monitoring treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, developing new programs, producing progress reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
