The role supports teachers, school psychologists, diagnosticians, and other special education staff with functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, implementation, high-needs behavior consultation, Applied Behavior Analysis training, recordkeeping, and in-field coaching. Candidates need an active BCBA certification, Texas or applicable state licensure, and a completed Verified Course Sequence; a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is preferred.
