Description
Strive ABA Therapy is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to provide in-home ABA services, assess children with behavioral and emotional challenges, create and adjust individualized treatment plans, supervise ABA therapists, and prepare progress reports. The role requires a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, current BACB certification, and 2–3 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. It is a part-time or full-time hybrid position with 10–30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed, 25% travel preferred, and pay of $85–$100 per hour.
